Compliance: They must comply with the terms set forth by their client and relevant laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
3. Payment Processing
Payroll International will process payments to independent contractors, freelancers, and remote employees on behalf of the client according to the provided instructions. Payments will be made on agreed-upon schedules and methods. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or external factors beyond our control.
4. Confidentiality and Data Security
